Recipe: Cara de Piña
PREP IT
2 oz. Carabuena Tequila
1 oz. pineapple juice
.5 oz. lemon juice
.5 oz. ancho reyes verde
.5 oz. agave 1:1
Garnish: tajín rimmer, pineapple slice & fronds
MAKE IT
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake, and strain into a small rocks glass. Add more fresh ice, rim with tajín, and garnish.
