PREP IT

  • 1.5 oz. Carabuena Tequila

  • .75 oz. amaro montenegro

  • .75 oz. sweet vermouth

  • 5 dashes of mole bitters

  • Amaretto

  • Garnish: orange peel

MAKE IT

Stir all ingredients over ice and fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel.
